Zinnia, broccoli and red pepper seedlings
The seeds that I planted in the greenhouse a few weeks ago are now sprouting! It’s amazing how quickly plants grow with a bit of sunshine and daily watering.
I’ve decided to grow some flowers this year as well as vegetables. Flowers growing are: zinnias, sunflowers, lupins, delphiniums and antirrhinums. Vegetables growing are: red peppers, brocolli, red chillies, salad leaves, peas, aubergines and a variety of herbs. Out in the garden there are dwarf beans, peas, strawberries and mint. I will also acquire a few tomato plants shortly from a kind neighbour.
