This month I’ve been working on a commission for a previous customer of mine. It is a reproduction of an album cover for the band Rush by a graphic artist called Hugh Syme. It’s called Vapor Trail and is of an orangey red fireball streaking across the screen. It is a challenging piece as it is a digital graphic image so creating an intepretation of it using paint adds certain challenges. It has been an interesting process working with my customer though. We work together in stages with each stage being proofed and any comments or suggestions then incorporated into the next stage. I’ll post the final product when complete.
