Hubby and I have just returned from a four day holiday in New York, USA. It was our first visit and a wonderful experience. There was a lot to fit in, and despite the heavy snow fall we managed to see Central Park, Battery Park, Times Square, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Statue of Liberty, Flatiron Building, Rockefeller Centre and ice rink, Chrysler Building, Empire State Building plus visit the Magnolia Bakery (and eat yummy cupcakes!), Macys, Bloomingdales, Tiffanys, Fat Annie’s Truck Stop, Century 21, Soho, Greenwich Village and 5th Avenue. After years of watching American TV – especially ‘Friends’, ‘Sex and the City’ and ‘Will and Grace’ this really was a dream come true for me!!
