A week in the Lake District

I’ve just spent a week in the Lake District as a guest at
Lakeland Photographic Holidays, which I can recommend to anybody wanting excellent photographic advice and tuition (geared to the photographers’ capabilities) as well as excellent home cooking at a very reasonable price.

It was a very unusual week – anyone who has visited the Lake District at this time of year will know to expect rain at the least, and snow as a distinct possibility … this year for the week I was there we had nothing but warm sunny weather!
